I hope you are all having a wonderful Easter!
This post is to remind you of a few important notes before you arrive on Monday!
~We will be practicing ALL of ACT ONE! (yes, using sound effects, music, and props)
~ POSTERS will be distributed to you with designated locations for you to post them at.
~Bring Money ($8.00 per shirt) to pay for your ordered Prayer of the Patriot T-shirt!
~A reminder about setting up!
SET UP CREW - Due to the delicate nature of the canvas set pieces we have select students responsible for putting the entire set back drop up.
Those on the set up crew are as follows - Titus, Josh, Jesse, Noah, Jonathan.
(No one else is to be assisting with the set!)
Ella & Elisa & (Titus) are to direct were props and set pieces (chairs, desks, etc.) are to go.
Maggie & Lydia are to set up hair table.
Jacob & Tim G. are to set up sound equipment.
EVERYONE else is needed to help with moving chairs and then helping carry props/set pieces (chairs, desks, etc.). When that is done - wait until a task is given to you.
(at Dress Rehearsals and performances you will have many departments to check with - costumes, hair, props, hats, etc.)
~Remember to bring in socks*, t-shirt*, shorts*, cloth bag* as mentioned in the previous posting.
*put your name on all of these items - permanent marker on a tag, masking tape, or in a ziploc bag
